* Plus the badge provider's developer kit for the show — the fee the show's registration vendor charges for access to badge data. It varies by show and provider, and we include the exact figure in your quote.

Pricing questions, answered straight.

Why per event instead of a subscription?

Because that's how event budgets are approved. Each show carries its own cost next to the booth, travel, and sponsorship spend — and its own post-show report showing what it returned. No license sitting idle between shows.

Do you charge per seat or per device?

No. The $2,500 covers the booth team working the event. Add staff on the busiest day of the show without thinking about licensing.

What's the badge developer kit?

Each show's registration vendor charges exhibitors for access to its badge data — usually sold as a developer kit. That fee is set by the provider, not by us, and it varies by show. When you tell us your event, we confirm the provider's fee and include it in your quote so there are no surprises on site.

Is there a contract?

No. Each event is priced on its own, with no annual commitment — run one show, see what lands in your CRM, and bring the next one if it earned its place. If you exhibit at many shows a year, talk to us about covering the calendar in one conversation.

What exactly does a pilot involve?

You bring one show. We configure the event together — questions, badge provider, CRM connection — and rehearse with a test scan before doors open. Your team works the floor as normal, and you watch qualified leads land in your CRM the same day.

Start with one show.

Tell us where you're exhibiting next. We'll quote the event and have you ready before doors open.
